Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Sabal Palm Bank Branch Lobbies will be Available by Appointment.

This is an unprecedented time and the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is being felt by all. As your community bank we are taking steps to minimize the risks to both the health and financial safety of our customers and employees, while working to continue to provide the best service possible.

We are following the expert guidance from the CDC and other authorities to promote social distancing and limit in-person contact until the coronavirus precautions are lifted. Therefore, customers may access branch services through our drive-thru lanes, ATMs and Night Depository.  Our branch lobbies will be available by Appointment.

If you need to perform a transaction that is not available at the drive-thru or online, our teams will be available.  Please call us at (941) 361-1122 or in Venice at (941) 484-9191.  We will attempt to assist you over the phone or if needed, establish an appointment time to have you meet in the branch lobby.

For other transactions, online banking, mobile banking and RDC (for businesses) are available.  Please give us a call if you have any questions or would like to set-up one of these services

Thank you for your support and cooperation as we continue to make decisions based on the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and the communities we serve.

In a further effort to make our environment as safe as possible for customers and staff, we have done the following:

  • We have established a set of protocols to ensure that any of our employees who are potentially infected stay at home
  • We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures
  • We have asked staff to limit travel and in-person meetings

We will continue to share updates as the situation changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please call your local branch.
